ScaleMate VA™ Refund Policy

1. Commitment Period

All services purchased from ScaleMate VA™ ("ScaleMate VA™", "we", "us") are based on a minimum twelve (12) month commitment period, as agreed upon at the time of purchase or service activation.

2. No Refunds

ScaleMate VA™ operates on a strict no-refund policy. Due to the nature of our service structure and the 12-month commitment, all payments made to ScaleMate VA™ for services are non-refundable.

3. No Exceptions

There will be no refunds or credits issued for:

  • Partial months or weeks of service.
  • Service downgrades.
  • Time unused with an active account or commitment period.
  • Termination of service before the end of the 12-month commitment period for any reason initiated by the client.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.

4. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing or using ScaleMate VA™'s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
